BoBo undertakes not to sell any data, information or documents transmitted by the User or collected from them, and not to communicate them to any third parties, except in cases provided by law or hereafter stipulated.

 

The personal data and information are for internal use by BoBo.

When a User contacts BoBo by phone, by email or when he/she uses the Website, the User is sharing data and information pertaining to them with BoBo.

 

BoBo only collects the information that helps them contact and communicate with the User (name, phone number, email and mail address). The information will be used to respond to Users’ enquiries and for advertising purposes.

 

At a later stage, the User may decide to contract with BoBo for development of an architectural or interior design project.  He/she will be communicating supplementary information in this purpose. The information will be kept strictly confidential and used only to decide upon the admissibility of the prospective student and for registration purposes.

BoBo undertakes not to communicate any data, information or documents transmitted by the User to third parties, with the following exceptions:  

 

• Only BoBo staff in charge of processing and subcontractors it works with can access your personal data and information. We might share your data with our contractors and groups like marketers, advisors, data storage and payment service providers, only when and if necessary.

 

• When necessary, BoBo will share your data with other company it works with.  BoBo works with Google Analytics to collect, process and use your data. To find out how Google Analytics uses the data collected from there Website, see its privacy policy.

 

• BoBo will comply if and when confronted with a legal requirement to disclose information pertaining to the User.

 

TESTIMONIALS

 

Your testimonials are not covered by confidentiality. 

 

If you review our firm, or provide us with a testimonial, you permit us to post or otherwise transmit the review or testimonial on our social media or other channels. You can email the Editors and ask them not to do this, at any time.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

The Website is governed by French law. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Privacy Policy, the Website or its subject matter are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of France.

 

Where contracts for architectural services are signed, such contracts will contain clauses defining the jurisdiction in which they are governed.

 

The User irrevocably agree that the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Website or its subject matter.
