The project involved the extensive renovation of parts of this two hundred year old villa on the Côte d'Azur, phased into a number of project sections in order to accommodate the client's desire to inhabit the villa for the summer months.  This required the combining of works that could be undertaken without statutory permissions being designed, detailed, tendered, and constructed in a period of 8 weeks.  The remaining renovation and extension works commenced in May 2019 and completed in December 2019.
