The scheme presented here involves the restoration of the original part of a 1870's Listed Building, including the removal of mid-20th Century external render, and the replacement of an unsympathetic 1970's extension with a new extension from reclaimed London Stock Brickwork to match the original.  The project also involves the creation of a sizeable basement, increasing the interior floor area of the dwelling to over 3000 square ft, creating a substantial 6 bedroom detached property within the Kew Conservation Area.
